Store Policy

Read the following section to find out more about shipping, order processing times, and returns. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have further questions!

Refunds: 

Returns and cancellations are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please report it in a timely manner and we will work on a resolution.

Shipping:

International shipping is currently unavailable with the exception of Canada. Customers are personally responsible for all duties and fees applicable to their package in their country.

The customer is responsible to ensure that their shipping address is correct and will be required to pay postage again if their order is returned by the postal service due to a faulty address.

Each order is carefully packaged with product safety in mind. Once the package is handed over to the post office, we are not responsible for delays or loss incurred during transport. If the customer receives a damaged product, they are required to report it to us immediately with photographs of the damage and the shipping box. We will work with the postal service on a resolution.

For custom orders:

You must be 18+ to discuss and place a custom order with me or have a parent/guardian do all communicating and transactions on your behalf. I am not responsible for any miscommunications or misunderstandings if you are not old enough to enter into a contract with me and understand and accept my shop policies. I do not offer refunds once work on the order has begun, and any change of mind after ordering but prior to work starting will be refunded but subject to a nonrefundable deposit for my time and to cover transaction fees.
